John “J.K.” Keller is a Shareholder at Allen Norton & Blue’s Orlando Office. J.K. began his career as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he tried nearly 30 jury trials to verdict. He now focuses his practice on representation of public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes representing employers in employment discrimination claims, retaliation claims, whistleblower actions, and challenges to employee discipline and discharge. A significant portion of J.K.’s practice also includes representing clients in grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and other traditional labor law matters.

JK also spends a large amount of time counseling employers in day-to-day labor and employment matters, including counseling employers on litigation avoidance and preparation, as well as conducting management and employment trainings, conducting various employment investigations, and providing guidance with respect to potential personnel actions.
